For digital products, including online study materials, courses, and resources, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Online Courses and Study Material Bundles
For online courses or study material bundles, our refund policy is as follows:
- You can request a refund within 14 days if you have not started the course or accessed the materials.
- If you have started the course or accessed the materials, we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted if the content was found to be significantly incomplete or inaccessible.
To request a refund for courses or study bundles:

- Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days
3. Services
For additional educational services (such as tutoring or live sessions), refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the stage of completion:
- Subscription services: You can cancel your subscription at any time, and we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
- One-time services: If the service has not been provided, you may receive a full refund. If the service has already been started, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
